Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
We endeavour to keep spaces in our appointment diaries each day for dental emergencies, i.e. severe dental pain, trauma or swelling, and so we would encourage you to contact us as early in the day as possible to avail of this service should the need arise.
The following problems do not necessarily constitute a severe dental emergency:-
- A broken tooth/lost filling
- Crown or Bridge out
- Pain that lasts a few seconds and can be avoided
These problems usually require regular treatment appointments to deal with them appropriately and so you will be offered the next available appointment. We will, however, place your name on a waiting list so that we can contact you should an earlier appointment become available.
If a dental emergency arises outside of normal working hours, please telephone the surgery and you will be given details of the out of hours service. Denplan patients can also telephone the Denplan Healthline number, details of which are on their membership card.
Cancellation of Appointments and Failure to Attend
As all patients are seen on an appointment basis, please contact the practice as soon as possible to let us know if an appointment no longer suits so that we can rearrange it for you.
There is no charge for cancellations provided we are given 48 hours notice.
Failure to keep an appointment will result in a charge of £30 per 15 mins of clinical booking unless there are exceptional circumstances.
We are unable to rebook appointments until such fees are settled.
