Covid-19 Update

Covid-19 Update

The Department of Health NI has announced that dental practices in Northern Ireland have been allowed to move to Phase 2 of practice recovery from Monday 29th June ’20.  From then, we will be able to offer dental care that doesn’t require drilling or produce water spray.

In order to protect your health and the health of our team, we have made some changes so that we can comply with social distancing and specific COVID-19 cross infection control guidance.  This means that we will be limited in the number of patients we can treat each day.  We will be contacting patients, prioritising those in greatest need or those who have been waiting the longest.

While we can’t wait to see everyone again, we ask that you don’t phone the practice unless you have an emergency.  At present we will not be making routine appointments, eg. check-ups.

The front door is locked and only those with an appointment will be admitted, so please don’t arrive unexpectedly.

As we enter this new Phase, we want to thank you for your patience and understanding during what has been a very testing time for us all.

From all the Team at High Street Dental Practice
